Published values need a source
Nubo publishes calories, protein, carbohydrate, fat, fibre and allergens only where a reviewed source record exists for that product or serving. Values change with format, size, protein and customisation.
Unavailable is not zero
When a value has no source record it is labelled Unavailable. That means the figure is missing, not that it is zero or negligible.
Shared kitchen
Food is prepared in a shared kitchen. An allergen list, or an empty one, is not a guarantee against cross-contact. Tell the team about any allergy before ordering.
What Nubo does not claim
Nubo does not claim that its menu is allergen-free or free of preservatives across the board, and does not promise any medical or health outcome from its food.
