Does Nubo have vegan options?
Yes. Current plant-based options are labelled on the live menu; verify ingredients and availability before ordering.
Can I customise my Nubo bowl?

Can I order pickup, takeaway or delivery?
Both Nubo outlets support dine-in, pickup and takeaway. Delivery appears only when the selected outlet and address are serviceable in the live order flow.
Does Nubo have gluten-free options?
Rice, millet and quinoa bases may avoid wheat, but shared preparation areas mean Nubo cannot guarantee an allergen-free meal. Tell the team about an allergy before ordering.
Does Nubo use zero preservatives or no ultra-processed ingredients?
Answer: Nubo does not make a universal “zero preservatives” or “no ultra-processed ingredients” claim across its menu. Recipes and supplied ingredients vary by item. Can I cancel an order or request a refund?
You can cancel an unpaid cash or pay-at-counter order from your account’s order details. Other orders cannot be self-cancelled. Refund requests are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
