This policy explains how Nubo handles personal information when you browse the website, use a customer or staff account, place an order, contact support or interact with Nubo advertising. For ordering rules, see the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Nubo, this can include contact and account details, saved addresses, order customisations, support messages, payment status, device and usage data, staff work records, and cookie or advertising identifiers.

Staff accounts and Nubo OS

Nubo OS processes authorised staff identity, role, store assignment and operational records. Optional voice entry sends encrypted audio to a transcription provider; Nubo does not store the raw voice clip, although a submitted transcript may become an operational record. Account-linked app interactions, crash logs and diagnostics support app functionality, security and reliability and are not used for advertising or sold.

Staff access is disabled during offboarding. Records are retained only as needed for operations, security, audits, employment administration, legal duties or claims. Current and former staff can email hello@eatnubo.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to verification and applicable retention duties.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts and orders, provide pickup, takeaway, dine-in and available delivery services, send transactional updates, answer support requests, measure marketing, improve the website and help prevent fraud or misuse.

Cookies, sharing and retention

Essential, analytics and advertising technologies may be used as described in the full policy. Payments are handled by the provider shown at checkout; other service providers may process information for hosting, communications, analytics or advertising.
